How can I define robbing? Just rubbish, waste of time and money. No customer service provided nor any help to find best match of my wheelchair. I purchased it from another store and now I am happy with it.


Progressive Mobility is the worst place to waste your money, time and get tension in free. So avoid doing business with them and taking care of your patients because Progressive Mobility is the best in their bad service and prices of products.


Never ever do business with Progressive Mobility. They make money and never feel the pain of patient. At phone they will be so polite and nice to you but when you will go to them they will be rude and provide high priced products with worst customer service to you. That is realty.


I have used Progressive Mobility first and last time in my life. Their bad attitude, customer service and prices pushes me to say something like this. I agree with all other reviewers.


If you are trying to get anything with Progressive Mobility, they tell you a lie to get rid of you. It was humiliating. Bad attitude and worst customer service.


Be careful and don’t go here for anything. Just go any other medical equipment supplier but don’t do business with Progressive Mobility.

I've checked every where and I found that the price they offer is expensive than other medical store.


I wrote this review to other...please be careful with this company. Their customer support was very poor and they don't have any compensation if you get the problem on your purchase. I bought a wheel chair to them and they were not fulfill all their promised. I received order late from the schedule.


ust a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
